Hyaseq FFPE DNA Repair Reagent is a repair reagent designed for FFPE samples. It can repair different degrees of damage in low-quality FFPE samples and improve library yield and sequencing quality. It is compatible with the system and can repair 5 ng - 1 μg Fragmented FFPE DNA.

Storage
Store at -25 ~ -15℃ for 2 year.
Notes
1. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
2. Please thaw the components of the kit on ice before use. After thawing, turn it upside down several times to mixthoroughly, centrifuge it briefly and place it on ice for later use.
3. When preparing the reaction solution for each step, it is recommended to use a pipette to mix or gently shake it. Violent shaking may cause the library output to decrease.
4. To avoid cross-contamination of samples, it is recommended to use a gun tip with a filter cartridge. Pleasechange the gun tip when aspirating different samples.
5. It is recommended to perform each step of the reaction in a PCR instrument with a hot cover. The PCRinstrument should be preheated to near the reaction temperature before use.
