Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:
-Familiar with laws and regulations such as key quality control and declaration requirements for GMP raw materials and excipients in drug production, and understand the domestic and foreign biological product market conditions and technological development routes.
-Track research hotspots and explore customer needs. Customer groups include but not limited to cell/gene therapy, vaccines and other fields.
-According to customer needs, conduct competitive analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, channel mix, pricing, output, product service/support strategy.
-Ability to translate broad concepts and business strategies into clearly structured products.
-Responsible for the promotion of market activities, the formulation of product promotion strategies, and participation in regional biomedical exhibitions and related activities.
-KOL/Key Account Maintenance.

Job Requirements:
-Master degree or above in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, biochemical and other related majors.
-Must have experience in a lab and, adequate to have a strong foundation and knowledge base of with molecular biology, quantitative PCR, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Immunology, animal cell cultur, Biosimilar.
-Have the ability and habit of reading a lot of literature.
-Extraordinarily strong communication skills, strong teamwork ability and learning ability, able to withstand certain work pressure. able to integrate company resources to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
-Possess a certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness. have a sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and can adapt to business trips.

International Sales

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting customer information and establishing a customer service information database;
-Responsible for customer selection and development, and carry out customer development, maintenance and sales management according to market area products;
-Responsible for business negotiations, provide customers with suitable technical solutions and quotations, and facilitate sales;
-Responsible for the sales payment and customer relationship maintenance in the area under its jurisdiction.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above in biology, food, medicine and other related majors;
-Those with sales experience in molecular reagents, NGS, and biomedicine are preferred;
-Familiar with PCR, reverse transcription, qPCR experiment and cloning point mutation, biological cytology, protein immunology products are preferred.
