The Hyasen mRNA Affinity Chromatography Purification Kit captures mRNA by base-pairing the Oligo dT on the surface of the affinity resin with the Poly A tail of the mRNA. Without the need for purification equipment and cryogenic equipment,mRNA samples with high integrity and obvious NTP removal effect can be obtained quickly and efficiently. The kit contains pre-formulated binders, washes, and resins for sample preparation in 0.5 hours.
