● Neomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, a broad-spectrum antibiotic that works well against Bacillus aureus, Bacillus diphtheriae and Bacillus anthracis.
● Neomycin sulfate is used to prevent and control dysentery, diarrhea and stunting caused by E. coli and Salmonella in pigs, chickens, cattle and other livestock. Neomycin sulfate can also be used as enteritis treatment for fish and shrimp among aquaculture.
