Spin SF Plant RNA Plus Kit HYC334
This product is suitable for extracting total RNA from 50-150 mg of plant or fungal samples, including general and polyphenolic and polysaccharide samples. The kit utilizes silica gel column purification technology, eliminating the need for toxic phenol and chloroform extraction, and the entire extraction process takes only 20-30 minutes. The kit utilizes DNA filtration technology to efficiently remove DNA. The resulting RNA can be directly used in experiments such as RT-PCR, Northern Blot, poly A+ purification, nucleic acid protection, and in vitro translation.
Storage
This product can be stored at room temperature (15-25°C) for 18 months. Upon receipt, TCEP (dry
powder) is best stored at -20-8°C.Buffer RLF/PAL may form a precipitate at low temperatures.
Dissolve the precipitate in a 55°C water bath. Because RNase-Free Water does not contain
antibacterial agents, storage or handling at room temperature may introduce bacterial or fungal
contamination. It is recommended to aliquot and store at 2-8°C to minimize contamination.
