Lyo-Ready Taqman Multiplex qPCR Mix is a new generation antibody modified Taq DNA Polymerase fluroescence quantitative qPCR can be used in lyophilization reagent. It suitable for FAM/HEX/ TET/ JOE/ROX etc. Double-labled probes (Also suitable for Molecular Beacon probes). The reagent contains hotstart Fast Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTP etc. Component which can be free-dried directly on the machine.
